St. George's YouthNet

St. George's YouthNet is an inner-city youth mentoring and life-skills education organization located in the North End district of Halifax, Nova Scotia.[1][2] The founding director was Stephen Blackwood and the present director is Adrianna MacKenzie.[3] The services offered by St. George's YouthNet include both lunch and after-school programs.[4][5] The organization also sponsors a series of camps in the summer.[6]

St. George's YouthNet is supported by a wide variety of organizations[7], including the Parish of St. George[8], the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services[9], Edmonds Landscape and Construction Services[10], the United Way of the Halifax Region[11], St Mary's Crousetown[12], and the Episcopal Church Women of St. John's Church in Savannah.[13]
